Merry Christmas! Thank you. For an answer to precisely what I’ve often wondered about. As I enter the third of 10 weeks on my (now aging!) buttocks after fracturing my heel falling from a ladder on 8 Dec, I now know exactly what to do with this pain. I offer it to Serge, brother in law of our parish music coordinator who is diagnosed with stage IV cancer and her 86 year old mother who undergoes a mastectomy the 2nd week of Jan 2024. And a host of others whom I have said “I will pray for you” as their hurts, pains and anguish in this life God made known to me. While I miss 3MT….your writing, thoughts and musing here have been a grace in my life and in my service as a deacon. May the grace and blessings of God our father, the love of Christ his Son and the advocacy of the Holy Spirit be with you and remain with you, and those you love, this day, this night and forever more!
