Feeling the same way Joan. Reeling from a living Stations of the Cross yesterday...especially from Mary's words. You know how much activity has been in our Parishes leading up to tonight's Vigil Services. Even though we know the story, the anticipation is stronger, more urgent. And like you, more introspective. He will come again in Glory.....to dispel all the darkness...and we will rise with Him. Amen!
I have felt exactly the same for many years. The knowledge that the Tabernacle is empty and I can't find Him makes me feel like crying. I know (because of the past) that I will see Him again on Easter, but the waiting is anguish. We share the same pain!!! I will turn to Mother Mary during this time.
